These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of weallrelated.com (the "Site"), operated by We All Related, a brand founded and operated by Bobby Swinney ("We All Related," "W.A.R.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a purchase request, or otherwise contacting us through the Site, you ("you" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

The Site is an informational and promotional website for the W.A.R. — We All Related apparel movement. The Site does not operate an online store, shopping cart, or checkout system, and does not process payments of any kind. No prices are published or quoted anywhere on the Site. All product information presented on the Site — including images, colorways, and descriptions — is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell.

2. How Purchase Requests Work

Any "Reach Out," "Inquire," "Email Bobby," "Call 313-334-8912," or similar link or button on the Site is a means of contacting us directly — by email or phone — to start a conversation about a potential purchase. Submitting an inquiry through the Site is not an order, and does not create any contract, reservation, or obligation on our part or yours.

All pricing, sizing, colorway availability, customization, payment method, and delivery or pickup arrangements are negotiated and finalized directly and individually between you and Bobby Swinney (or his authorized representative) outside of the Site, by email, phone, text, or in person. A sale is final only once both parties have expressly agreed on these terms directly with one another.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to submit a purchase inquiry or complete a purchase with us.

4. Intellectual Property

The name "W.A.R.," "We All Related," the W.A.R. logo and wordmark, all apparel designs, graphics, photography, written content, and the overall look and feel of the Site are the property of We All Related and Bobby Swinney, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of this content, or use our name, marks, or designs for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

When contacting us through the Site or using any of our channels, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Use the Site or our contact information for spam, harassment, or unlawful solicitation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its content, or related systems;
  • Use the W.A.R. name, mark, or message in a manner that misrepresents our movement or its message.

6. Payment & Fulfillment

Because the Site does not process transactions, all payment is arranged and collected directly between you and Bobby Swinney, using a payment method you both agree to. We All Related is not responsible for payments made outside of a directly agreed arrangement, including payments sent to any party falsely claiming to represent W.A.R. Shipping, local delivery, or in-person pickup — along with any associated timelines or costs — will likewise be agreed upon directly at the time your purchase is confirmed.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because every purchase is arranged individually, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed directly between you and Bobby Swinney at the time of purchase. The Site does not provide an automated return process.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party platforms, including our Instagram account (@weallrelated). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We All Related and Bobby Swinney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any transaction arranged as a result of contacting us through the Site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We All Related and Bobby Swinney from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

The Site does not use an online checkout, does not collect payment card information, and does not sell your personal information. When you use a "mailto" or "tel" link on the Site, your email or phone application opens the message directly on your own device — any information you choose to share is sent straight to Warweallrelated@gmail.com or 313-334-8912 and is used only to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any resulting order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
